General provisions
The service provider is the company Proxmox Migracje, based in Warsaw (the "Provider"). These terms define the rules for providing IT consulting, migration and support services to businesses (the "Client").
Scope of services
- IT environment audit and inventory, plus TCO analysis
- Architecture design and migration from VMware to Proxmox VE
- Hardware selection, configuration and post-deployment support
- IT team training and managed services
Contract & remuneration
The detailed scope of work, schedule and remuneration are each time set out in an individual contract or accepted offer. Quotes are prepared free of charge based on an audit of the Client's environment.
Liability & complaints
The Provider exercises due diligence in delivering its services. The Client may submit complaints electronically to the Provider's contact address; complaints are handled within 14 business days.
Final provisions
In matters not covered by these terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code. The Provider reserves the right to amend these terms, informing Clients with appropriate notice.
